The fit-out for MIMMO by Liberty Group, an artisanal bakery-café at Asia Square Tower 1 helmed by Chef Domenico Giammarella, blending French and Italian pastry technique across 1,565sqft. The brief called for a Parisian industrial look, so we brought in raw metal cladding, dark spray-painted ceilings and textured walls, balanced against warmer French touches to keep the space feeling inviting rather than cold.
